Activision O2 Preorder Bonus Trading Card on PlayStation 2

This set of 3 took me around 3 years of heavily searching daily to complete.
Special thanks to Elen C for informing me Kelly Slater variant does exist and was fortunately able to track it down because of his callout!
Today I'm going over all the rare and mostly unknown Activision Preorder bonus cards from ActivisionO2.com back in 2001 to 2002 for PlayStation 2. These are very hard to find with either the card or sticker callout. Many of them I pieced together slowly over the years, finding a card here and the case sticker without the card.
I'm a PlayStation 2 archivist for the NTSC region, that covers United States, Canada and Mexico
region for video games. I've been collecting PS2 since 2005 and heavily since 2018. I currently
own every black label first print PlayStation 2 games, there's 1815 total games not including any
variants. I have a complete library of black label first print titles on the PS2 as well as a full set of Greatest Hits library with 296 titles excluding variants of a variant. In-addition to date just over 700 black label variants that are unique from the first print black labels that came out at release.
