I was just driving along the other day minding my own business, when I hit a bump and suddenly my car went into limp mode and ran like dogshit. Severe power loss, rough idle, just garbage, flashing check engine light plus emissions warning. I got the code read and it was "misfire cylinder 1". I tried a new spark plug first, didn't help, so next was the coil, and that solved it for me. Takes 5 minutes to replace and all you need is a 10mm socket.

Hope this helps someone who may be in a similar situation. My car is a 2006 Acura TSX 6 speed manual with 113k miles.
