Watch me play as my TMNT Shredder's Revenge main: Raphael going through campaign mode for the 5th (and final time). Each time you've completed the mode, the game's story progresses. This one is the final full run before hitting the credits and getting the campaign cleared achievement.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is a licenced 3rd party game that is a platform fighter in a vein of Smash Brothers. 2021's prequel had a lot of attention thanks to competitive mechanics such as wave dashing and speedy gameplay. It did get bashed for the lack of voice acting which did get added sometime in 2022.
The sequel is out and the game does feel notably different. One of the new mechanics is slime which acts as a versatile tool for both offence and defence.
Slime in offence can be used for:
EX Charge/EX Specials moves.
Slime cancel, yep most moves after hitting an enemy can be cancelled by using up a slime bar for a deadly follow-up.
Super: By using all 3 bars you can perform a "final smash" attack that deals 40 damage. All of them are close range trap types which means it will lead to a cinematic after the attack connects.
Slime in defence can be used for:
Knockback cancel, you can stop your own knockback by pressing both shield and slime buttons. It sorta acts like a combo breaker too as it pushes the opponent away if they get too close to the player.
