Look for the tank with a Regenerator inside. Our ugly friend seems to have swallowed the beetle! Well, that’s just fantastic. It appears we found our “thief.” You know what to do: Find your center, aim, and shoot the Regenerator’s weak points until it dies. It’ll leave the first beetle behind.
With the thief taken down, it’s time to head to the Dissection room of Facility 1. Go to the next room with a staircase leading up. Be careful: another Regenerator will charge at you once you reach the top of the stairs. Take it out and follow your map toward Dissection. Stop before you enter the room. There’s another damn Regenerator inside. Its back is facing the door, though, so put some distance between you and the monster and use your sniper rifle to take it out.
Enter the room and break the glass of the storage unit near the back. The second Ornate Beetle is inside:
Note: You can kill Regenerators without using a sniper rifle and Biosensor Scope. But it takes a lot more work and demands a ton of ammo and explosives (if you have them). The Blast Crossbow might also be useful if you have enough arrows.
Your reward for completing the request
You have to sell the beetles at the Merchant in order for the request to be counted as complete. The fancy bugs go for a whopping 12,000 pesetas each and you’ll get 10 Spinels for completing the order. It’s definitely worth trading them in as soon as possible.
