Adam Aron finally speaks out on illegal shorting, stating for the record that he is on retail side, but must only speak on topics where he has CREDIBLE (Aka 100% factual) information, otherwise it basically counts as slander and he'll end up in court/being fined.
Speaking of which, Gary Gensler is currently being investigated by the House Committee of Financial Services, for his involvement/relationship with FTX, he won't turn himself in so the House has requested TONS of information, emails, calls, papers etc in relation. This could end with Gary Gensler being REMOVED from the SEC.
