To get a specific finish on metal prop parts, Adam needs to build a sandblasting cabinet--a contained space in which blow media such as walnut shells onto parts to cut or dull their surfaces. For a tool that Adam might use only a few times a year, he couldn't be happy with the finishes he's able to get on metal after just sandblasting for a few minutes!
