First, right-click on the Windows Start button and open Settings.
Go to Network & Internet, then click on VPN.
Click on Add VPN.
Next, open your browser and search for "free VPNBook."
Click on Free VPN Account, and copy a server address from the list.
Go back to the VPN settings, type a connection name, and paste the copied server address.
Select PPTP as the VPN type.
Now, copy the username from the website and paste it in the username field.
Get the password from the website, type it in, and click on Save.
Finally, click on Connect.
