1) Update the Snapchat app to the latest version
2) Open Snapchat and login to your account
3) After you record your Snap, tap on the Music icon on the top right
4) Scroll to the My Sounds section
5) Tap on Create Sound and select one from your gallery or record it
6) Once done, you can simply tap on Save.
