
Adding a Heat Sink to a Dasaita Hot Audio PX5 Android head unit
In the past I had a Joying head unit die from the summer heat. I have been using a Dasaita V840 as my daily driver for awhile now, so I thought I would try to add some heat protection. In this video I add some heat sinks to the Dasaita and run some tests using the CPU-Z app.
The heat sink I ended up using was the "Easycargo Raspberry Pi Heatsink Kit Aluminum + Copper + thermal conductive adhesive tape for cooling cooler Raspberry Pi 3 B+, Pi 3 B, Pi 2, Pi Model B+ (9 pcs)", which I got from Amazon here:
