I'm no expert on building in Minecraft but here are some Building tips and tricks that I use when approaching a new build.
This video ended up just being me talking about things that I do to add detail and try and give a bit more character to my builds as well as not being afraid to change something I'd you don't like how it looks!

I'm publishing the video even though personally I feel like its not my best... but much like learning to build in Minecraft, making videos for YouTube takes practice and I shouldn't be afraid to try!
