*Tip* when you do your drop set, really focus on the squeeze of the muscle, really feel the burn.
All main exercises were 8-10 reps
drop set was 12-15 reps.
*warm up cable curls
*Standing DB curls- drop set light DB curl
*Strict preacher curls
*DB Hammer curls
* DB curls (burn out) set
*Tricep rope push down
*Lying DB skull crushes
*Cable bar push down- drop set tricep extensions
