Adding Scorpion at Rõla Wala Twisted Indian Streetfood
3Hey all, today, I'm at Leeds Trinity Kitchen visiting Rola Wala "Twisted Indian Streetfood" to try one of their sourdough naan wraps. And, for once, I'm actually doing what a sign says. I'm paying 50p extra to add scorpion chilli.
Going into this video, I thought that meant sauce - After all, that's what the "naga" was when they offered that - but no. They meant mash. Basically just chillies and a bit of salt, preserved in their own acid and maybe just a little bit extra. 90-something percent pepper at the absolute minimum.
It's gonna hurt!
