Admitting Defeat - Learning When to Give Up on Something
3As much as I didn't want to end the monthly patron wallpaper, it just wasn't working out. It wasn't even so much the lack of an audience on Patreon, it was me giving myself unrealistic deadlines to essentially make full illustrations. I wanted to top myself each month and I realistically couldn't. As creators we take on projects and give ourselves projects that sometimes are better off never finishing. Sometimes it's better to give up and scrap a project than to push yourself to finish it. No project is worth working yourself crazy to finish something.
