I've written the entire story again and changed some of the names for the characters and places, etc.

Adrian's story:
Adrian was a Water Dragon born to a hidden kingdom, as the son of Queen Areta Mazarine and King Karma. One day, when Adrian was out strolling, he saw another Water Dragon named Calder who was heavily injured. Feeling bad for the boy, Adrian took Calder back to his home and told his parents. Areta and Karma healed Calder using their powers, and Calder, completely healed, decided to serve Adrian and his parents to return the favor.

One day, when Karma went insane and destroyed the kingdom, Adrian, Areta, and Calder escaped their ruined home and arrived at the Dark Kingdom of Oscuro.

Areta pleaded the king of Oscuro, Alphonse Blake, to give her, her son, and Calder a place to stay, to which Alphonse responded by imprisoning them in the "Dark Dungeon," where prisoners of Oscuro are thrown in. Areta, Adrian, and Calder suffered a lot of bad things there since Alphonse kept them cold and didn't even give them anything to eat or drink. Worse, Areta, Adrian, and Calder were bullied by Alphonse's children: Prince Leroy, Princess Adilac, and Princess Aliz. However, the only one out of the siblings who didn't actually bully the three was Alexander, the youngest. He hated how his siblings and father mistreated prisoners who didn't do anything wrong. While his family is not around the dark dungeon, Alexander secretly gives Adrian, Calder, and Areta food and blankets.

One day, Areta mysteriously died, leaving Adrian and Calder all by themselves in the dark dungeon. Having had enough of suffering in the dungeon, Calder decides to escape with Adrian, using his dragon teleport power. The two wondered around Pangea, a world far away from Oscuro. They eventually got tired and collapsed before they were found by two teachers named Esther Davis and Sean Johnson. They took Adrian and Calder to a hospital. When Sean asks them where they live, Adrian responds that they have no home since it was destroyed. Feeling sympathy for the two boys, Sean decides to adopt them as his students and as his sons since he had no child of his own.
