The Aerial Assault Drone is the best killstreak in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Well, it is the best one for your risk/reward ratio. It is relatively easy to get and can be used to kill a whole lot of people. It is one of the few assault streaks that I run. This episode of In Depth also has hard stats about the streak such as damage and health.
