This was another doozy, but Part 2 was incredibly generous in its difficulty. Managed to get a fairly low percent-delta. Had a lot of difficulty parsing input for this day, ended up losing ~20 minutes to whitespace issues that I couldn't solve quickly. Turns out Excel doesn't like handling a quarter-million iterative operators, more than a minute-fourteen of the 1:01:14 was spent waiting for Excel to do its calculations, which is a shame. Oh well! Today didn't quite beat me, even though I scored relatively poorly.
