OK here are all the stuff that i didn't use to defeat undead xyphos with:
All of the draining hp & mp weapons
Health Potions (HP)
Mana (Magic) Potions (MP)
Guests
Guardian Angel (GA)
Lay On Hands (LOH)
Scrambler Beam (you don't really need it to win but when in Ancient Dragon Darkness Form it will make it easier).

I'm probably the the first person on youtube to beat him like this.
