Some very important advice fir the younger generation who've basically lost themselves after the covid 19 lickdiwn and the anxiety and fear of that sudden forced entrapment if all humanity. Me, being middle aged did suffer as I already suffer for a number of neurological conditions including anxiety. I coped as im experienced in selfsoothing and took up gardening. Don't need a mask in my own garden, right?
