Affairs of the Kidney: Tonia's Story
31Tonia and Matthew Ellis will mark a different anniversary during national kidney month in March. They're celebrating the one-year anniversary of Tonia's newest kidney, the one she received from husband Matthew. A rare blood disease has ravaged a past transplanted kidney from Tonia's mom. Today, Tonia is armed with research and treatments that should bring life back to normal for this fun-loving couple.
