Using the Affinity Designer suite and my Cricut Explorer Air 2, I decided that I was going to celebrate METROID DAY by making a Metroid Shrinky Dink.

I used Affintiy Designer to trace out a Metroid from a Super Metroid sprite, then loaded it into my Cricut Design Space. Turned it into an Outline and had my Cricut draw and cut it out. After coloring it with some Sharpies, I then baked the Metroid in the oven to make it into a cute little Shrinky Dink.
