After being sick for almostly a week, i had no breath nor condition left in my body.
So after so many days of rest and sleep, today i restart my routine to train again, as you can see, after 3 minuts of training im almostly out of air.

I dont know what i exactly have, but the only thing i do know is that my body is out of air, and everything feels heavy.

So with Thrill of the fight im trying to recover faster than usual, eat healthy and build up again.
So i can shine in the ring again.
