only cr. HK or Shippu will punish max range blocked t+HP, LP corkscrew; jump hesitation is shown to allow for IAP (j. EX Tatsu looks like it would be punishable where that accidental j. HK is shown); doesn't appear sj. EX Tatsu is punishable even by ducking, cork after the whiffed HP cork, but maybe dash, ducking, cork, or ducking x2, cork? (I tested but couldn't get either to punish)

I only found two distances/occasions when attempting to do t+HP, LP Cork from max range - one whiffs, and the other makes contact, no difference in the amount of hits of Corkscrew Blow that make contact - there may be exceptions, as this was tested fairly quickly
