I express my feelings of anxiety here. This was something that was present from end of november 2018 all the way up to like mid january. A chest tightness that felt so unbelievably painful at times it caused me to cry. Luckily i woke up one day and it was magically gone. You don't have to worry, i am perfectly healthy today, and my outlook on life is more positive than ever :)

Also as you can hear i planned on making this all into a small video but i just ended up uploading everything raw. Ill probably just make a playlist
