Aim-labs recoil Bug issue :(

2So after loading up a few days ago, not changing anything. I noticed that i had a small flick up and sometimes to the right. Ive validated files, loaded up again and went through settings to see if i missed something. does anyone know how to fix this? I don't think uninstalling and re-installing will help because its login based.
problem
Recoil after every shot, setting IS turned off.
my atempts to fix
Validate files, turn off recoil and log out and back in.
