THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECALLED!!
From COSORI website:
"After a thorough investigation, we determined that in extremely rare circumstances, the closed-end crimp connectors within the recalled air fryers - which are responsible for establishing electrical connections between certain wires - can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards."

TO HAVE YOUR AIR FRYER REPLACED:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and request a free replacement unit by registering online at www.recall.cosori.com or contacting the toll-free recall hotline at 1-888-216-5974 Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET. No receipt is needed to receive a replacement unit.

I think if I were to make this again, I would throw mix a few chocolate chips into the peanut butter. Peanut butter was a bit strong. These were very easy to make :) The air fryer makes them really quick and easy.

This recipe found in a "Delish" magazine I picked up at the grocery store.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp peanut butter

Grease ramekins with some extra butter or margarine
Melt butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave or on low in a small pot on the stove.
Mix in powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla. Blend in flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Fill ramekins halfway with brownie batter, drop in one heaping tablespoon of peanut butter into center of batter. Top with more batter until ramekins are 3/4 full.
Cover tightly with foil.
Place in air fryer (mine was big enough to hold four ramekins, if yours is smaller, you may have to bake them in batches).
Bake at 375f for 6 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 6 minutes. I took mine out a couple of minutes early when I noticed the edges getting a black colour and the tops started to crack.
Run a knife around the edges of the brownie to loosen.
Invert while onto a serving plate while still hot from the oven and dust liberally with powdered sugar if desired (these are not super sweet, so I recommend you use the powdered sugar).
