Good ole Jim Sterling did a video on a game called Airport Master, which resulted in the developer reporting a trademark violation to YouTube. The bizarre part about this story is that the dev claims in their EULA that any game footage must be pre-approved by them before you can upload it. This is of course bunk, but I wanted to cover it.
