update 0.5.15 NA Server

This is my first real game in testing the IJN Akatsuki on the NA server on the Fault Line map. I played the ship wrongly as a gunboat. I found out that this ship turns badly (rudder shift) ergo the reason for clam digging. IMO this is a destroyer that needs to be teamed up with another destroyer. Again more play testing needs to be done to shake down how this ship performs.
