Akkerman Fountain Pen Ink Review - Dutch Masters Ink Collection
A quick review of three Akkerman Dutch Masters Inks that I bought as well as one standard Akkerman. Specifically the:
- Akkerman Dutch Masters 01 Ceruleum blauw van Vermeer
- Akkerman Dutch Masters 08 Ruisdael's stormachtig blauw "Stormy Blue"
- Akkerman Dutch Masters 11 Vermeer's Kobaltblauw "Cobalt Blue"
- Akkerman 29 Hofvijer Grijs (from the normal collection)

I bought them here: https://vanness1938.com/collections/akkerman-dutch-masters in the sample size, which is a really nice way to get a feel for a new ink. The real standout here for me was the Akkerman Dutch Masters 11 Vermeer's Kobaltblauw, which is just a really nice, legible, interesting blue that is worthy of the "Dutch Masters" label.
I normally use this Sailor black ink: https://amzn.to/2IFN9xS . Did my writing tests with a Pilot Kikuno Fine ( https://amzn.to/2Hr41J0 ), Pilot Metropolitan Medium ( https://amzn.to/2Huc348 ), Platinum Plaisir, and Tswbi Eco medium ( https://amzn.to/2JBIE8T ).
