Given the size of the studio at the time, the sky is the limit now, given the level the developer has reached and because he carried out an intensive marketing campaign during the months preceding the release to showcase the game technically and brag about the project’s achievement of including advanced technologies that make the game “the title of a truly new generation.” So did it fulfill this? Alan Wake 2 promises?

Personally, I played the first part of Alan Wake at the time of its release and did not treat it as an important horror game. I felt at the time that the story tried to present something ambitious that exceeded the capabilities of the development team due to the somewhat repetitive gameplay, which if you return to it in 2023, you may not be able to complete the game or At least you will notice its flaws clearly.
