On a serious note, Tigrex likely does have some form of night vision of course, but I found it really funny that there aren’t any explicit adaptations on Tigrex that even show they can be active at night.
Despite this however we have 5 cutscenes featuring a Tigrex being active at night. So clearly they got something up their sleeves.
