The Dormouse, nicknamed Dormy, was one of Alice's friends in Wonderland when she was a child. When she became insane, the Dormouse, alongside his friend, the March Hare, were turned into horrific experiments, being mutilated by their old friend, the Mad Hatter.

Alice: Madness Returns follows Alice Liddell, a girl suffering from trauma caused by the death of her family in a fire. Alice was discharged from a psychiatric clinic and now lives in an orphanage for mentally traumatized orphans under the care of Dr. Angus Bumby. To get rid of the trauma and learn the truth about her past, she once again falls into Wonderland, where a new evil force has corrupted it.
It's a game that has been inspired by storybooks, movies, fantasies, and other artistic forms. Back in the day, such genre used to play a major part in the industry and that's how i fell in love with the game, the music, the atmosphere, and the characters when they first released the trailer.
