===== About Claus =====
Judging from his design and stage background, he seems to be the period-wise-old-martial-arts-Chinese-master with some links to the legendary figure Son Goku (Monkey King). He also looks somewhat similar to Shun Di from Virtua Fighter.

Gameplay-wise, his basic moves consist of long-rage strikes (where his arms and legs are exaggerated in length). His Meditation Aura is probably his best special move because he is somewhat invincible during it and it is a great anti-air.

===== About Alien Challenge =====
Judging from the game's design, the "story" or "setting" seems to consist of having some kind of futuristic time machine (which is probably controlled by an alien) that allows fighters from different time periods/dimensions to travel to and fight against one another in their respective periods. The game's main character and star is Nic-San, who is based on real-life Chinese martial artist Wong Fei Hung (he is actually called Wong Fei Hong in Chinese in the game).

Whilst the graphics and sprites are large, bold and colourful, the game runs and feels like it's "loose" and poorly programmed. It should also be noted that the hit sound effects are exactly the same as the Punch-hit sound effects in arcade Street Fighter 2.

Gameplay-wise, it uses a 6-button move system which is impressive for it's time, and the game allows for basics to be buffered into special moves. A unique feature is the ability to collect power-ups (which regain life) during a match, this is done by hitting the power-up as it drops down the screen.
