This is my score-run of the "The Basement" survivor challenge map of the game "Alien: Isolation". For those who don't know why the title says "Empty Handed", here is an explanation:

There are 8 different play-behaviors that add bonus points. 4 of them are multipliers and 4 are additional points. The 4 multipliers are:

Empty Handed: Don't collect anything or use anything.
Never Detected: Don't get detected.
No Flamer: Don't use flamethrower.
No Tracker: Don't use movement tracker.

The 4 additional points are:

Engineer: Build an item.
No Preparation: Don't collect anything in the preparation phase.
No Hiding: Never hide in closets.
Gatherer: Collect lots of stuff.

One must choose to go either for the "Empty Handed" multiplier or for the "Engineer" and "Gatherer" bonus points. In this video, I go for the first. However, I definitely think this is no fun to play! It's much more fun to collect stuff, build things, and use them to your advantage to at least have a little bit of manipulation power over the alien. I certainly will never go for "Empty Handed" again.

At the end of this video, you see that this run is not my best. I once went for the "Engineer" and "Gatherer"bonus points while also having the "No Preparation" bonus; and that way, I had managed to get even slightly more points than here. Unfortunately, I didn't capture a video.
