When she left Earth, Ellen Ripley promised her daughter Amanda she would return home for her 11th birthday. Amanda never saw her again.
Fifteen years later, Amanda, now a Weyland-Yutani employee, hears that the flight recorder of her mother’s ship, the Nostromo, has been recovered at the remote trading station Sevastopol. The temptation for her to finally understand what happened is too much to resist. When the crew arrive at Sevastopol, they find something is desperately wrong. It all seems to be connected to an unknown menace, stalking and killing deep in the shadows.
In order to uncover the truth about her mother, Amanda is forced to confront the same terrifying thing that separated them.

Chapter Information: Inside the SciMed tower, Amanda reunites with her colleagues from the Anesidora and is informed that she must recover a Medical Pack from the San Cristobal Medical Facility.
Venturing inside the deserted complex, Amanda navigates a series of abandoned offices and corridors and discovers through a series of computer terminals that the mysterious circumstances regarding the appearance of the Alien began in the medical complex.
Things become more dangerous when the Alien reappears and begins to stalk Amanda throughout the medical facility. However, Amanda is able to use the Motion Tracker, Flares, and Noisemakers to track and detect where the Alien is coming from.
Sneaking throughout the complex, Amanda is eventually able to avoid the Alien by tricking the creature which slowly begins to adapt to her tricks and tactics forcing Amanda to improvise and distract the creature with new tools and weapons.
Eventually, Amanda is able to journey deeper into the Medical Facility leaving the Alien behind.
