A nostalgic moment for Alien fans: walk on the surface of LV-426, the location of the Alien and Aliens movies, and study the derelict ship. This scene in the game also tells the origin of the Alien drone in the game, and the background of the events on Sevastopol Station is found in the terminals along the game.

This video includes only minor spoilers of the game. Watching this will not spoil the game story, or any events, in my opinion, apart from the scene itself. This is just a highlighted nostalgic trip for all Alien fans.

ABOUT RESOLUTION OF THIS VIDEO: This is rendered in 4k resolution by upscaled rendering. The source material is NOT played in 4k, its in 1080p. I've learned that if you render 1080p original footage in upscaled 4k resolution the quality in Youtube is much higher than if rendered in 1080p. Its all about bitrate: Youtube 4k video has a bitrate limit of 45Mbps, whereas a normal 1080p video has only a bitrate limit of about 8Mbps, so 1080p material upscaled into 4k via rendering with video editor will "unlock" this huge bitrate benefit, provided that the video is rendered in 45Mbps bitrate or higher. So watching this video in 1080p (or even better, in 4k), with 1080p monitor, should result in much greater quality than a normal 1080p video (my previous material).
NOTE: hence, this video will not look so good if watched on higher-than-1080p monitor (as in 2k or 4k monitor), but the overall video quality is still much better compared to normal 1080p video.
