I have never fully played through this game before, only for an hour or so and it not really sticking during that time, but this playthrough idea gave me the perfect incentive to complete it and my memories of it from watching someone else play it some time ago are spotty at best. There are bits and pieces that I vaguely recall but most of it is long gone from my memory so with all things considered, I think that Medium difficulty for this was the most balanced choice overall.
Noise Detection is enabled, which means that any sounds that come through the microphone that I connected to my PS4 controller will be heard by enemies in the game, most notably the Xenomorph.
