Aliens Dark Descent - Best way of killing sleeping drones
3This Aliens Dark Descent game guide shows an easy way of eliminating sleeping xenomorphs. They will become more common in later missions and you can encounter them during exploration. Make sure you have a Recon class marine with a Silencer and a Sniper Rifle - you can unlock them in the base.
You must act quickly, because the sleeping drone will start sensing you when you get close. Pick the Precision Shot skill to kill it before the red line is complete and it wakes up. Your Recon soldier must have a clear line of sight to take the shot and you can shoot from larger distances.
Don't forget about the Silencer to avoid alerting the area!
