This Aliens Dark Descent game guide video shows how to slow down the final boss of the game - the Titan from mission 12 (Redemption). You will encounter the Titan after finding Cassandra in Xeno City.
Remember that you CAN'T KILL the Titan and the only way to survive is to run. You can use the skills freely in the last mission and that's the key - use the U1 Grenade Launcher to hit the boss. It will slow down or stop the Titan for a short period of time. Use this technique if the Titan gets too close, because it can kill Maeko or Cassandra instantly. There are 2 chase sequences and both end with going through a smaller passageway which the Titan can't squeeze into.
