+READ+ 3:05, 5:20, and 6:50 are where I changed settings. 1:20 states my hiccup issue. I FIXED IT THOUGH. Origin Overlay caused it so I disabled it.
This is the Alienware Alpha core i5 "console" running Battlefield 4 at various settings. What games you want to see next/more?
UPDATE: The lagging hiccups were in fact Origin's Overlay -____-. Just go disable it and it's smoother now :)
