ALL 3 NEW MW2 Weapons & How to Unlock them! (Lachmann Shroud, 9mm Daemon & Pickaxe Melee)

The Season 5 Reloaded update is now live and with it comes the addition of 3 new weapons, The Lachmann Shroud SMG, The 9mm Daemon Pistol & the Pick Axe Melee Weapon.

In this video we’re going to take a look at how to unlock all 3 of them.

So what was the Classified sector in the battle pass before this morning's update is not classified anymore and in now sector E0.

To be able to access this sector you need to either have used battle pass tokens to finish sector E2 or you need to have gotten 50 operator kills for Task Force 141 during the faction event earlier in the season.

Once you've got access to it, rather than using battle pass tokens you need to complete a specific challenge for each of the first 4 tiers, after doing those four you’ll unlock the HVT sector which then has one final challenge.

So the first tier is for the pickaxe melee weapon unlock and for this you need to get 15 operator kills using any melee weapon

The second tier is for a double weapon xp token and requires you to get 3 operator kills without dying 20 times which you can use any weapons to get

The third tier is for the 9mm daemon unlock and for this we need to get 15 operator headshot kills using any pistol.

The fourth tier is for another double weapon xp token and requires us to get 20 operator longshot kills which again can be achieved using any weapon.

Now with these first four challenges you can chip away at them all at the same time so you first you could equip a pistol onto your class and go for the headshots, longshots and three kills without dying all at the same time but you will need to put on a knife to get the melee kills, i tried putting on a throwing knife but the melee kills with that didn’t track.

Once you get the weapon specific challenges done you can switch over to another weapon if you wanted to, personally i switched over a shotgun because it has the lowest range needed for longshot kills.

Once you’ve completed all 4 challenges you’ll then have access to the HVT Tier which is for the Lachmann Shroud and the challenge to unlock this requires us to simply get 30 hip fire kills on operators using any SMG.

Now you can do all of these challenges in basically any mode that you want to but obviously it’s going to be harder in some modes compared to others because all of your required kills need to be on other actual players. So kills on bots in DMZ or Invasion won’t count, It needs to be against other real players.

If you own Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer then it kind of goes without saying that shipment 247 or hardcore shipment 237 will be the place to get this done super quick but if you don’t have MW2 then lockdown is going to be the best place in Warzone for you to get these challenges done.

Alternatively, you can avoid having to do these challenges altogether by successfully extracting each of these weapons in DMZ. You could either have a friend drop them for you or you can hunt other players down, loot it from them and then extract.
