Click the link above to learn how right now you can start healing your own diastasis recti without surgery - woman OR man 100% CERTAIN, because I did it myself and so have many, many others I have worked with along the way for the past 5 years since I delivered my twins and found out that surgery is not necessary for fixing an abdominal separation. I live now to help others and spread the word and spread the hope!

"Diastasis" means separation. "Recti" refers to your ab muscles called the "rectus abdominis."

“Diastasis recti” means your belly sticks out because the space between your left and right belly muscles has widened (abdominal separation). You might call it a “pooch'' or a mummy tummy, but Diastasis recti can affect men also, and even newborn babies. It is never too late to start healing up this gap, and there is so much to lean about this medical condition that surely should be discussed much more and should be taught about to us by our doctors but it is NOT. (Very sadly.)

Want to learn more about this condition that we all hear FAR too little about, but it is far more common than we know? Watch my video and know that with dedicated belly binding for a period of weeks or a few months (depending on the severity of your separation) and taking care of your abdominals during the healing process, (as is talked about in the video) along with doing proper, easy diastasis recti exercises to speed up healing (check out my other videos and ones to come) you can be healed just like me, without any need for abdominal surgery!

Diastasis causes cosmetic and also possible medical issues, as is talked about in this video. (Pictures throughout.) Educate yourself and know how to not make your separation worse, know if you have a separation through photos and symptoms, real problems this gap can cause and soooooo much more!

Thanks for watching & subscribe. I'm now waist training. Results so far coming soon :). Squeem got me back to my before twins waistline.. now I'm going down to an even smaller one. It's a great postpartum binder (the best in my opinion) and also waist trainer, but you have gotto handle one situation at a time just note that surgery for DR is NOT needed in 99% of all cases, and should never EVER be rushed into by anybody.

Come back soon :).

xoxo Shelly
