Legend:
Resources with planet names (Eos, Elaaden, H-047c, Havarl, Kadara or Voeld) can be mined with the Nomad or just picked up. "Scans" means you've to scan for them on the galaxy map, since there isn't a direct source. Alternatively you can do strike team mission to get these and all outer resources. All the other terms are enemies/creatures. You have to kill and loot them to get the resource.
