Babalities are one of the finishing moves, in which the winner turns the defeated into a baby. The winner cannot press the block button in the last round to perform Babality.

MORTAL KOMBAT 3 is a fighting game, originally released by MIDWAY in the year 1995 for ARCADE. It stood out for using digitized graphics of the actors, for the violence and for the fatalities.
Mortal Kombat 3 was later released for Game Boy, Mega Drive (Sega Genesis), Game Gear, Jaguar, PC, Playstation, Super Nintendo and Master System. The game was not as popular because of the lack of classic ninjas, which gave rise to a more updated and played version, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
