Just in case you are wondering why some horns have more sounds than others:
the sound that will play is tied to the animation when the buff is performed.
Since the horn types "Music" and "Melody" use the same animation for each of their 4 buffs you will always hear the same sound for all of those.
Horns with the type "Song" have a unique animation for all 4 buffs which is why they got all 4 of their original sound effects back.
I digged a bit deeper and all sound effects are actually in the game files.
Maybe you can access all 4 sounds on each of the horns but I couldn´t find a way to do it.
