ALL OBS VERSIONS IS STUTTER!!
5Unfortunately all obs versions doing stutter. (27.2.3 incl.)
This stutter (or micro stutter) is purely due to screen capture method.
My monitor refresh rate is 60hz, game is 60fps, obs settings is 60fps and gpu or cpu is does not bottleneck.
I am running obs as admin.
But it still STUTTERS. (ok im cool)
After doing a few small tests, I found that it was all due to the DXGI capture method.
Thanks to a friend I got the repaired version of this. But unfortunately you can't find this version on the internet. I hope they fix this problem one day. Because as far as I researched this problem has been around since 2015.
I left the link of the repaired version. I hope it will be a solution for people having the same problem.
But i warn you, the only problem with this build version is that there are instant frame drops when changing scenes.
