All or nothing, let's get that 1 Rep Squat Max!
Today it's all or nothing, let's get that 1 rep squat max! This is something I have worked towards for years and it all comes down to a single lift. Like others, I have a set of goals and 405 is one of those milestones to hitting my all time goal of 500. I have been on a plateau for a long time with my previous max on squat at 330, so anything over and above that is money baby!! Let's do this. Enjoy, 2P OUT!!
