All 140+ playable Characters of the KOF series (Even including those from the EX and Maximum Impact spinoff games). They are all listed in alphabetical order by surname (where known), followed by nationality (with ??? and N/A meaning unknown and no citizenship respectively, and those with "(?)" following indicating ambiguous or conflicting information in official sources), and their game debut with the case of characters that are transplants from other outside games (e.g. Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, etc.) having their original first appearance in parentheses.

Do note that in the case of characters of Chinese and Korean heritage, the Family name comes before First/Personal name (with the exceptions of Chinese expatriates siblings Duo Lon and Xiao Lon, who seem to have chosen to use the Western and Informal Japanese order of Given name first, Family name second). I was not sure which of Alice's surname(s?) was the one she would be addressed by, so I assumed hers is "Garnet" based on her being an American.

Also, for those wondering why I put K9999's name in brackets, its because of the fact that SNK no longer considers him canon, thus making him a "canon exile" of sorts.
