The PC game Fallout New Vegas was developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda Softworks in 2010. It is not a sequel to Fallout 3, it's predecessor in the Fallout series. It is a stand-alone title that is not connected to the story of Fallout 3 and instead looks at a different part of the nuclear wastelands of the USA in the Fallout game universe.
Fallout New Vegas is a post-apocalyptic action role-playing video game. It features first-person combat, there is a feature to change this to third-person (over the shoulder) combat. Like in Fallout 3 there is a Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System, or V.A.T.S., which is an active pause combat system that let's us target specific body parts on our enemies.
We are playing the game in hardcore mode and with all DLCs (Ultimate Edition). The hardcore mode makes the game experience more realistic and introduces gameplay elements such as dehydration and non-instantaneous healing.
In this Let's Play we will see lots of gameplay and we will experience a complete playthrough of the game. The goal is to see as much of the game as possible, for we are completionists. We will play as the good guys and hope to bring back some civilization to the post-apocalyptic USA. We help people and do good. Like true Rangers.
WARNING:
Be advised that Wasteland 3 is a mature game that regularly depicts digital violence and gore through combat, also some strong language, adult humour and sometimes (optional) sexual situations (arguably and in my opinion not so explicit or intense that you would need to be 18 or above though, I find it more hilarious and not to be taken too seriously). You are never going to see anything explicit. Still, the game was rated 18+ in the year 2010. If you are a very young kid you might want to firstly talk with your parents to make sure that the game and these videos are ok for you - or even better, enjoy them together. In any case, I am going to comment on every gaming scene so there will be adult guidance already.
