The game I'm making, Alpha Centaurus, will unleash a new ability once you start Level 3. While the meter name shows "Heck" it'll by-default say "Hell" (with the ability to toggle in the Options Menu).

Just a test now that I've added audio/visual cues once it fills up. 3 colors of the ship shown here: Red, Prism, Sakura.

Parrying bullets/chips will give build meter, but it will also slowly automatically fill as well. Test 3 of 3 will be the "unleash" part once I've made it.
