[alpha] GALACDRIVE first look gameplay preview
4Hey all! This is the first footage of my game I've been working on for the past few months I'm posting to youtube. What you see is an early preview of my game GALACDRIVE, which I hope to release as a mobile game at the end of summer/start of fall.
GALACDRIVE is and will be a game where you fly through hyperspace to an unbeknownst location. On your journey you will dodge obstacles and collect powerups, but there will also be rapid and exciting boss fights. You will need to survive nine bosses and a glitch in spacetime to get to your destination.
Currently the game has most gameplay elements, but not bosses. Bosses are a crucial and very time consuming thing to make for this game, so I saved it for last and did absolutely everything else first. This game is already "complete" but it lacks bosses, the full soundtrack, and (maybe) achievements. Otherwise, the leaderboard is available and you can actually get your scores on the board if you make a flowlab account (super easy)!
